Refund Policy - the basics

At Loaf and Loom, we take pride in crafting fresh, homemade baked goods. Each item is made in small batches with care. Because our products are perishable, we have a limited refund and return policy as outlined below:

 

✅ Refunds & Replacements Incorrect Orders: If we make a mistake with your order (wrong item, missing product, etc.), we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.Quality Issues: If you receive a product that is not up to our usual quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with details (and photos, if possible). We may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

❌ No Refunds or ReturnsBecause our baked goods are perishable, we cannot accept returns once an order has left our premises. We cannot provide refunds for:

 

Change of mind or personal taste preferencesFailure to pick up orders, items damaged after pickup/delivery due to improper handling or storage.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup/delivery may be eligible to transfer deposits as store credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for refund or credit.
