Welcome to Loaf and Loom! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Orders

All orders must be placed in advance through our website, phone, or in person.

Orders are not confirmed until payment (or deposit, if applicable) has been received.

Custom or large orders may require additional notice.
2. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash, card, PayPal, Venmo, ApplePay, GooglePay.
3. Cancellations & Changes

Order changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before delivery.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the order date are non-refundable.

Deposits for custom or special orders are non-refundable but may be transferred as store credit at our discretion (if canceled with sufficient notice).
4. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered for incorrect orders or quality issues reported within 24 hours of pickup/delivery.

No refunds will be given for change of mind, taste preferences, or items damaged after delivery.
5. Allergies & Food Safety

All products are made in a home kitchen that may process common allergens, including tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, fish, and shellfish.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order.

We do not guarantee an allergen-free environment.
6. Pickup & Delivery

Delivery must be arranged at the time of order. Any modifictions to delivery will require customer to contact Loaf and Loom through email or phone.

We are not responsible for products once they have left our possession, including damage due to transport, storage, or handling.
7. Liability

Loaf and Loom LLC is not liable for any adverse reactions, illness, or injury caused by consuming our products.

By purchasing, you agree to assume full responsibility for proper handling and consumption of our goods.
8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota.

Products are made and sold in a kitchen not subject to state inspection under Cottage Food Law.
